Our client's Capital Markets team is seeking an Associate with 2-3 years of experience, and a Managing Associate with 4-5 years of experience, in equity and/or debt capital markets to join our dynamic and innovative legal team. The successful candidates can be based in our San Francisco, New York, or Boston offices.
Our Capital Markets team focuses on capital raising solutions for innovators in the technology sector. We serve many of Orrick's 4,000+ tech and life sciences companies, guiding them from IPO through operating as public company and beyond. We also advise leading investment banks, venture capital funds and institutional investors in public equity and debt capital markets transactions.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidates will have the requisite levels of experience at a peer law firm, exceptional academic credentials, and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- The ideal candidates will have major law firm experience, a strong commitment to excellent client service, and significant experience in public securities offerings, including both equity and debt.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a motivated, entrepreneurial outlook are essential.
- Candidates must also possess excellent academic credentials, superior communication and organizational skills, and Bar membership in the state where they wish to practice.
