Position Overview
Our client is seeking an Associate with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join the Commercial and Energy Disputes team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing all phases of litigation, from drafting and discovery through to addressing intricate factual and legal issues.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Litigation Experience: Proven background in general commercial litigation, including the drafting of briefs, pleadings, managing discovery, and resolving complex legal challenges.
- Skillset: Exceptional analytical, verbal, written, and case management capabilities.
- Licensure: Must be admitted to and maintain active membership in good standing with the California Bar.
