Environment and Energy Associate

Our client is actively seeking an associate the to join its Environment & Energy Practice Group in Philadelphia, PA or Newark, NJ. 

• Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience in environmental law involving litigation, regulatory or transactional matters, including knowledge of Federal or State environmental laws, with a strong academic background and excellent writing skills required.  
• Preference for candidate with litigation experience involving Superfund, NRD or toxic tort matters.  
• PA and/or NJ bar preferred but not required.
