Growth path to HR Manager within 2–4 years

A specialized engineering firm focused on pressure relief analysis for refineries, also supporting upstream and midstream O&G clients, is looking to bring on an HR Generalist to join their collaborative, growth-minded team. The company has a global presence and a track record of promoting internally — including two team members who’ve grown into partner roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, compliance
  • Support recruitment & coordinate interview logistics
  • Partner with leadership on performance and engagement efforts
  • Maintain HR records and ensure policy alignment with labor laws
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes

What They’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • 3–5 years in an HR Generalist or related role
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Open to candidates from any industry—what matters most is adaptability and cultural fit
  • HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
