Growth path to HR Manager within 2–4 years
A specialized engineering firm focused on pressure relief analysis for refineries, also supporting upstream and midstream O&G clients, is looking to bring on an HR Generalist to join their collaborative, growth-minded team. The company has a global presence and a track record of promoting internally — including two team members who’ve grown into partner roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, benefits, compliance
- Support recruitment & coordinate interview logistics
- Partner with leadership on performance and engagement efforts
- Maintain HR records and ensure policy alignment with labor laws
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
What They’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 3–5 years in an HR Generalist or related role
- Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Open to candidates from any industry—what matters most is adaptability and cultural fit
- HRIS and Microsoft Office proficiency
