I'm managing a search for a Benefits & Payroll Specialist with a client in Connecticut. You'll work with the HR Manager to support 100 employees, with a primary focus on benefits & payroll administration. BA/BS preferred. Looking for a critical thinker with 4+ years of experience in HRIS & Excel who can process payroll, coordinate with the benefits broker, process benefits billings, reconcile invoices, train/educate new hires, create reports, etc. Contribute in other areas of HR as well. Room to grow!
Position is onsite 4 days/week, with the 5th day remote.
Target salary is $80-110k (DOE) plus bonus & benefits package.
