Job Summary: Our client is actively seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Consultant to join their team. As a Functional Consultant, you will lead the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 Customer Experience solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their sales, marketing, and customer service requirements and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive business process assessments and gather requirements from clients to design customized solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Experience.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Experience modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to align with client business processes.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to design and implement integrations and extensions to enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Experience capabilities.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 Customer Experience solutions.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (formerly Dynamics CRM), with a focus on sales and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in sales, marketing, and customer service, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate.
