Finance & Restructuring Associate Attorney

The firm is seeking an associate for its Finance & Restructuring group with one to five years of experience to join the Delaware office. This associate will have the opportunity to work on both bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters. 

Qualified candidates will have:

  • A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • One to five years of litigation and/or bankruptcy experience.
  • Delaware bar admission. 
  • Strong communication and writing skills; and
  • Top academic credentials.
