Manufacturing Engineer - Cincinnati, OH

Job Summary: Our client is currently seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving product quality, and driving efficiency within the manufacturing facility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and implement manufacturing workflows, workstations, and assembly lines to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including process instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes, equipment, and technologies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and implement new manufacturing equipment and tooling.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing process simulation tools.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects to completion on time and within budget.
