Job Summary:
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, with expertise in customizing Salesforce platforms to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design custom Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Implement and configure Salesforce features such as workflows, validation rules, process builder, and custom objects.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Perform unit testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certified Salesforce Developer (Salesforce Platform Developer I or II) preferred.
- Proven experience developing and customizing Salesforce solutions.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
