Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation (Boston, MA - Hybrid)

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our civil litigation team. Areas of focus may include General Liability and Premises Liability Defense, Medical Malpractice and Long-Term Care Facilities, Products Liability, Professional Liability, Commercial and Business Litigation, Construction, Trucking and Vehicular Liability Defense, Employment, and more. 

This position is ideal for attorneys with at least 1 year of civil litigation experience who are eager to take on complex cases. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid work schedule, supporting both professional growth and work-life balance.

What You'll Do 
As an Associate Attorney, you will manage your own caseload from start to finish while working collaboratively with colleagues and clients. Responsibilities include: 

Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests 
Preparing for and attending depositions, hearings, and trials 
Conducting legal research and drafting memoranda 
Collaborating with clients, experts, and attorneys to develop litigation strategies 
Providing regular updates and case status reports to clients 
Taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions 

Qualifications 

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school 
Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar 
Minimum of 1 year civil litigation experience 
Experience in Massachusetts state and federal courts 
Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills 
Proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions 
Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
