Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Commercial Litigation group in our Wilmington office.
The ideal candidate
- is a full time Delaware practitioner with significant experience litigating in Chancery Court. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience, and superb research, writing, and communication skills.
- possesses at least three years of experience in Commercial Litigation, including managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation, including drafting and reviewing discovery and motions, depositions, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
