Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced associate with 4-6 years of complex litigation experience to join our innovative Litigation Business Unit, in any firm office location.
This role involves handling complex disputes across a diverse range of industries. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and creative, possessing exceptional interpersonal and writing skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Our team is engaged with a dynamic pipeline of exciting and fast-paced cases, and our clients expect us to be ready to litigate these matters, which include complex commercial, product liability, energy (both renewable and traditional), and mass tort lawsuits.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, dynamic, and creative individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- They must possess strong academic credentials, along with excellent legal research abilities and superb writing and oral communication skills.
- This position provides the opportunity to take on significant responsibilities, work directly with clients, manage complex cases, conduct and defend depositions, make court appearances at key hearings, handle mediations, and engage in other tasks typically managed by associates.
- Membership in the State Bar of the desired office location is strongly preferred.
