Corporate Associate (Wilmington, DC or Philadelphia, PA)

Our client is actively seeking a Delaware-barred corporate associate for its office located in Wilmington, DE or Philadelphia, PA. 

• Candidate must have 4 – 8 years of experience at a law firm in corporate and/or alternative entity practice, including experience with Delaware LLCs, LPs and other alternative entities. 
• DE Bar Admission required. Strong academic record required.
