Energy & Infrastructure - Infrastructure Associate

Our client currently has an opportunity for an attorney to join our market-leading Energy & Infrastructure practice in Washington, D.C., Houston, New York, or San Francisco. We are looking for an attorney with 4 to 8+ years of experience in the areas of infrastructure-focused projects work, specifically with PPP, project financing and drop-down experience. Experience representing equity sponsors, financing parties and/or other private sector participants in the PPP space is a requirement. We seek associates who enjoy working closely with clients within the infrastructure sector in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Infrastructure experience in these areas is strongly preferred.  

Qualifications:

  • 4 to 8+ years of relevant experience. 
  • Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. 
  • Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.
