Energy & Infrastructure - M&A Associate

Our client seeks an associate with three to six years of experience in energy and/or infrastructure M&A and joint ventures to join our Energy and Infrastructure M&A team in Houston, Austin, San Francisco, New York or Washington, D.C. The firm's Energy and Infrastructure M&A team represents a wide variety of market participants on M&A and joint venture transactions across the energy and infrastructure spectrum, including in the renewables, conventional power generation, oil & gas, infrastructure, energy transition and energy tech sectors, and is part of Orrick’s market-leading Energy and Infrastructure practice consisting of an integrated global team of over 150 attorneys.

Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience. 
  • Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. 
  • Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.
