Energy & Infrastructure - Real Estate Associate

Our client currently has an opportunity for a real estate associate to join our market-leading Energy & Infrastructure practice in any of their U.S. offices. We are seeking an associate with three to five years of real estate experience, with a strong preference for experience in the energy and infrastructure sector. Our team advises clients through the project lifecycle, from development and initial due diligence to M&A transactions and debt and tax equity financing. An ideal candidate will have experience with the real estate aspects of these transactions, including for wind, solar and/or battery storage projects. Experience reviewing and advising on title and survey issues is required. We seek associates who enjoy working closely with clients in an exciting, fast-paced environment and are motivated to work in emerging areas in energy and infrastructure.   

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience. 
  • Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. 
  • Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.
