Our expertise includes extensive experience in cross-border transactions between the US and Australia, Canada, China, France, India, Ireland, the UK, and others.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Advise Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, as well as their portfolio companies, on transactional tax matters.
- Work on M&A and fund formation activities within a sophisticated transactional tax practice.
- Provide exceptional client service and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of tax experience, ideally in a large law firm.
- Excellent professional judgment.
- Highly motivated to provide exceptional client service.
- Strong desire for personal and professional growth in a collaborative environment.
- Experience advising on transactional tax matters, especially related to Private Equity and Venture Capital.
- LLM is preferred.
Schedule
The Firm is currently operating in a hybrid model, with the requirement that everyone should be in the office at least four days per week. This schedule is subject to change dependent on Firm, department and client needs, and will be routinely evaluated.
