Our client is seeking an experienced finance attorney for its Finance & Restructuring group with six or more years of experience to join the Dallas office. This attorney will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of workout, bankruptcy and related insolvency matters and/or corporate finance transactions, including senior debt, asset-based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitranche and mezzanine transactions.
Qualified candidates will have:
- A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school;
- At least six years of corporate finance experience at a large law firm;
- Texas bar admission;
- Strong communication and writing skills; and
- Top academic credentials.
