Overview:
A leading Pennsylvania-based law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactional Partner to join its growing team in Radnor, PA. This is a key opportunity for a senior-level attorney with deep experience in commercial real estate matters and a portable book of business to step into a leadership role within a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.
Responsibilities:
· Handle a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing.
· Advise clients such as developers, investors, property owners, and institutions on real estate matters throughout Pennsylvania.
· Provide strategic counsel on real estate development, land use, and related regulatory issues.
· Actively manage client relationships and drive business development initiatives.
· Collaborate with other partners to support the growth of the real estate practice across the state.
Qualifications:
· J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar.
· Minimum of 8+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience within Pennsylvania.
· Strong client management skills and ability to lead transactions independently.
· Portable book of business required.
· Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and lead.
