Securities Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of Securities Litigation experience. The ideal candidate would be based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Orange County, or Santa Monica. Our practice encompasses securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation, and other civil actions related to securities disputes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in securities class actions, shareholder derivative lawsuits, and commercial disputes at trial and appellate levels.
  • Support advocacy efforts before regulators to minimize or avoid enforcement actions.
  • Collaborate on internal, government, and regulatory investigations.

Qualifications

  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the NY or CA bar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in securities litigation or related fields.
  • Experience with securities-related disputes and investigations or charges by federal and state agencies for alleged securities law violations.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
